Can't make it to one of our locations? We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Australia. Here's how it works:
1. Fill out our online booking form with your device details
2. Ship your device to our Melbourne service centre
3. We diagnose and provide a quote within 24 hours
4. Once approved, repairs typically complete in 2-3 days
5. We ship your repaired device back via express post
Return shipping is included for all repairs over $150 AUD.
